Xtool Anyscan A30 OBDII Scanner Diagnostic BCM,Airbag, ABS For Nissan Micra

 

Here will share with you a new test on a 2007 Nissan Micra C+C 1.6L using XTOOL A30.
What we did:
Before operation, we should do as below.
1.Download “XTOOL Anyscan” APP on smartphone
   Note: It can download from APP Store or Google Play on IOS or Android phone/tablet
2.Register an account and activate the Anyscan A30.
3.Download the car diagnostic software to the APP of iPhone not contain the software

4.Connect the extension cable to the 16pin port and another end to Xtool Anyscan A30 adapter
Connected successfully, then get on the car and switch ignition on.
5.Match the Bluetooth from the software of Phone

Now start to operate on the application.
Go to Asia-> NISSAN-> Automatic Select
It shows “VIN reading is unsuccessful, please enter it manually!”


So need to select car area, country, vehicle, type and year manually
We select Japan-> Japan-> MICRA C+C-> FK12-> 2007/4- -> AUTO SCAN



There is not fault found for each system

1.Test on intelligent key

50. Read live data (All signals)- ok

50. Actuation Test (Door lock/unlock)- ok

2.Test on IPDM E/R

50. Read live data (All signals)- ok

50. Actuation Test (Head lamp)- ok

Change to HI, LO and Off successfully


3.Test on EPS/DAST 3

50. Read live data (All signals)- ok

4.Test on BCM

50. intelligent key: Read live data- ok

Finally, also test on Airbag, ABS and Engine system, all work well

In conclusion, this XTOOL Anyscan A30 cannot recognize the VIN number and you need to put everything manually on this Nissan Micra C+C. But this is not important, because it can do almost work and the price is cheap.

Great Product!!!! It is super easy to use.....I had purchased the launch CRP909E last month and used on a car to test codes and it worked fine. I tried it on my Subaru which I bought the unit for and could not program keys or reset anything! Scanner has limited special functions but makes up for it in diagnosing systems and modules. I was considering getting the Launch X431 but glad that I bought this Xtool Anyscan instead. Does everything that the Launch scanner does for way cheaper. This has full dealership level diagnostics for my BMW and not just generic OBD codes. So I can read manufacturer specific codes, read live sensor values and do actuations. The Anyscan app has support for every car company and didn't charging separately for each brand in their app like most of the other scanners do.
It even has a nifty flashlight and shows the car's battery voltage on its little screen.

Xtool A80 Pro Injector Coding Function Instructions

When turning on the ignition switch, the engine warning light flashes on the dashboard, you can choose to use the Xtool A80 Pro programmer to fix it, here is a tutorial about how to use  XTOOL A80 Pro (H6 Pro) with VCI box to read/write injector code and clear trouble fault to solve engine warning light problem on a 2016 Hyundai i20 (PB).

First of all, let’s learn something about injector coding.

• 1.Write injector actual code or rewrite code in the ECU to the injector code of the corresponding cylinder so as to more accurately control or correct cylinder injection quantity.
• 2.After the ECU or injector is replaced, injector code of each cylinder must be confirmed or re-coded so that the cylinder can better identify injectors to accurately control fuel injection.

Case: When turn on the ignition switch, the engine warning light flashes on the dashboard.


Device used:
XTOOL H6 Pro with VCI box (A80 Pro with VCI box is also OK)



Main steps:

• Step 1: Read/write injector code
• Step 2: Clear engine trouble code

Step 1: Read/write injector code
After connecting XTOOL VCI to the vehicle via main cable, and connecting to XTOOL tablet via Bluetooth
Select Diagnosis-> Service -> Injector Coding-> Asian cars-> HYUNDAI-> i20 (PB)-> 2013-2016
Turn the ignition switch on
Read injector code firstly, and then write injector code (ONE)


There are three injector codes are read out

Depend on it and write three injector codes in sequence





All injector codes are written successfully, but the engine warning light still appears on the dashboard when start the car. So also need to clear the related engine trouble code.


Step 2: Clear engine trouble code
Back to H6 Pro (A80 Pro) main menu
Select Diagnosis-> Asia-> HYUNDAI-> Manual Selection-> General-> i20 (PB)-> 2016-> D1.1 TCI- U2-> System selection-> Engine control

1.Read ECU information
Read the ECU info successfully


2.Read trouble code
The fault code read out is P1670- invalid injector IQA/C21

3.Clear trouble code
Go to clear the fault code (make sure the ignition is turned on and the engine does not start)
When the fault code is cleared, go to read trouble code again. If it shows “No fault code present”, it means the code has been cleared successfully.


Finally, turn on the ignition to check the dashboard again, the engine warning light disappears.

VW Jetta Service Light Reset with XTOOL A80 Pro

 

Reset service light on Volkswagen Jetta car using XTOOL A80 Pro (H6 Pro) with VCI box.

Main steps:
The device used is XTOOL H6 Pro. But the guide also applied to A80 Pro.
Connect XTOOL VCI to the vehicle via main cable, and connect to XTOOL tablet via Bluetooth
Go to “Diagnosis” function

Select Service/Maintenance-> EUROPE-> VW/AUDI/SEAT/SKODA-> Autoreset-> Autoset
There are two options can be selected: Small service and Big service


Here select small service to reset
Then you also can see two maintenance modes: Normal maintenance and Special maintenance.

Here select Normal maintenance to do
There are four options can be performed as follows:

50. 5000Km/180Day
50. 7500Km/180Day
50. 15000Km/365Day
50. Manually set

Just choose the one you desire to do, here we select 7500Km/180Day to try
Setup is successful.

Note: If the dashboard display still prompts maintenance (service), please set small maintenance.

Xtool X100 Pad3 add spare keys for Renault Duster (Dacia) 2014-

 

Today, xtool.co.uk is gonna make a key (not smart key) for 2017 Renault Duster (Dacia) with XTOOL X100 PAD3 (X100 PAD Elite) via OBD.
 
We need to prepare the following devices for Duster (Dacia):
Car: 2017 Renault Duster (Dacia)
One original car key (working key)
One new blank key want to be programmed
Device: XTOOL X100 PAD3 Auto Key Programmer



Operation guide:
After connecting X100 PAD3 to the vehicle via main cable, enter “Diagnosis” function
Select “Immobilization”-> “BRAZIL RENAULT”
Agree with the disclaimer 
There are two main functions can be performed: Read Pincode and Program keys

Step 1: Read Pincode
Select “32 pincode”

Turn ignition off and take the original key out from the ignition
Turn Hazard lights on
Vehicle data file is found, click “YES” to use the file to get the PIN directly.


Step 2: Program keys
Select “Duster (Dacia)”-> “Without smart” -> “14- ”


Switch ignition on
Enter the 32-digit PIN automatically and confirm if it’s correct


Switch ignition off and remove the key
Insert the working key and switch ignition on
Program successfully, then go to program the new key
Remove the original key from the ignition and insert the new key, switch ignition on
Program the key successfully

Switch ignition off and wait for 5 seconds and switch ignition on
Now the number of keys in memory is 2.

Key programming is done.

Finally, use the original key and new key programmed to start the car, both work!
